I don't see the tour on a tool page

If the guided walkthrough button is missing on a tool page, here are the quick fixes that solve it most of the time.

Try these in order:

1. Refresh the page. A hard refresh clears a half-loaded state. Use Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac.
2. Check you are on a tool page. Tours live on the individual tools (Keyword Strategy, Pin Generator, Board Title Generator, and so on), not on the dashboard or settings pages.
3. Look in the corner. The tour button usually sits in a fixed corner of the screen and can hide behind other panels.
4. Disable ad or script blockers for this site. Some blockers stop the walkthrough script from loading. Allowlist app.pinhacking.com and refresh.
5. Try another browser or a private window. This rules out an extension or cached file causing the issue.

Still missing?

• Make sure your browser is up to date. Very old browsers can block parts of the app.
• If you resized the window very small, the button may be hidden. Widen the window and refresh.
