Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@laurarike.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Plans: we offer Solo, Studio, and Agency subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Features and limits are described on our pricing page.
• Free trials: trial length and terms are shown at signup. You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate for the same billing period until canceled.
• Cancellation: cancel any time from your billing settings. Your access continues through the end of the paid period; we do not prorate partial periods.
• Refunds: all sales are final. We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges or proven service failure.
• Taxes: prices exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which will be added at checkout where required.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Pinterest's Terms of Service, including automated pinning, spam, or rank manipulation tactics Pinterest prohibits.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service.
• Share your seat across multiple users or organizations beyond your plan limits.
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

The Service uses AI to suggest pin titles, descriptions, board ideas, and keyword clusters based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing it. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, and we make no guarantee of Pinterest rankings, traffic, revenue, or any other outcome. You own the outputs you generate, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

The Service connects to third-party platforms including Pinterest, Google (Analytics and Search Console), and Stripe. You are responsible for providing and maintaining your own accounts with those platforms and for complying with their terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest. If a third-party platform changes its API, pricing, or policies, parts of the Service may change or become unavailable.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content we create, is owned by SimplyPintastic dba PIN Hacking and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit and outputs you generate. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive termination.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
