Pin Title & Description Generator

Bulk Create: many pins from one link or a whole site

Step-by-step guide to generating multiple pin angles from a single URL, or pin copy for every URL on your site.

Updated July 31, 2026

Bulk Create is the fastest way to fill your Pinterest queue. It has two modes: One link, which turns a single page into several different pin angles, and Whole site, which generates copy for a list of URLs or a whole sitemap at once.

Open it from your dashboard by clicking the Bulk Create card.

Mode 1: One link, many angles

Use this when you have one strong post or product page and want five or ten pins that each chase a different search phrase.

One link mode. Paste your page URL in the top field, set how many angles you want, then click Generate angles.
  1. Click the One link tab at the top of Bulk Create.
  2. Paste the page URL you want pins for. Example: https://yourblog.com/gluten-free-banana-bread
  3. Add a target keyword if you have one from a Keyword Strategy session. Leave it blank and the tool reads the page and picks angles for you.
  4. Choose how many angles you want. Start with 5 while you get a feel for the output.
  5. Click Generate. Each result is a complete pin: title, description, and the angle it is aimed at.
  6. Copy the ones you like, or use the copy-all button to take the whole batch into your scheduler.

Why several angles beat one pin: one page can rank for many searches. Ten pins pointing at the same URL with ten different keyword angles give that page ten chances to be found.

Mode 2: Whole site

Use this when you are catching up on a backlog, or launching and want every page covered.

Whole site mode. Paste one URL per line, or drop in your sitemap URL, then click Generate to run the whole batch.
  1. Click the Whole site tab.
  2. Either paste your URLs, one per line, or paste your sitemap address. Most sites use https://yoursite.com/sitemap.xml.
  3. Click Fetch if you pasted a sitemap so you can see and trim the list before spending a run on pages you do not want, such as tag or category pages.
  4. Click Generate. Larger batches take longer, so leave the tab open while it works.
  5. Review the table of results. Each row is one URL with its generated title and description.
  6. Export or copy the batch, then paste into Pinterest or your scheduling tool.

Set up your Brand Voice first, in the account menu. Bulk Create uses it on every row, so a five minute setup makes an entire batch sound like you instead of generic AI copy.

Good to know:

  • Titles are capped at 100 characters and descriptions at 500, so nothing gets cut off by Pinterest.
  • Results respect any keyword you supply, keeping it near the front of the title where it carries the most weight.
  • If a URL fails to fetch, it is marked in the results and the rest of the batch still runs. Check the page is public and try that row again.
