Cancel your subscription

How to cancel, what happens to your data, and how to come back.

Updated July 9, 2026

You can cancel your PIN Hacking subscription yourself, any time. No hoops.

To cancel:

  1. Open your account settings.
  2. Go to the Billing or Subscription section.
  3. Click Cancel subscription.
  4. Confirm. You should see your plan marked as canceled or set to end on a specific date.

What happens when you cancel:

  • Access ends when you cancel. Canceling ends your subscription right away, not at the end of the billing period, so paid tools lock as soon as the cancellation goes through. Any open or unpaid invoices on the subscription are voided at the same time, so nothing keeps trying to charge you. If you want to use the rest of a period you have already paid for, cancel on the last day of it.
  • Your data. Your saved sessions, board plans, keyword clusters, reports, and account profiles are all kept on your account. Nothing is deleted when you cancel, and it is all there again the moment you resubscribe. The only thing that removes your data is deleting your account from account settings, which is a permanent hard delete.
  • No further charges. You will not be billed again once the current period ends.

Coming back later: You can resubscribe any time from your account settings, and your existing sessions, plans, and connections are waiting for you exactly as you left them, so you pick up where you stopped rather than starting over. Pinterest is a search engine, so the pins and boards you built keep working on Pinterest whether or not your subscription is active. The tools just make your next round easier.

If you are canceling because something is not working for you, we would love the chance to help first. Reach out through Contact support.
